1. Having Elecreator at your possesion without having payed for it is a violation of our terms and our legal rights.Our product is being automatically downloaded when you purchase it from our website. In the case of a payment being canceled by the buyer after the purchase(for example Paypal offers a way to open a "new case" and request your money back), Elecreator has the legal right to transfer the matter to it`s lawyer and prosecute it.

2. You will be responsible for providing support to your clients, and elecreator.com will not communicate directly with your clients under any circumstances.

3. Although elecreator.com has tested this product and reviewed the documentation, elecreator.com makes no warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, with respect to this product, its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Elecreator shall not be liable for any claim or right to recover damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software or special, incidental, or consequential damages, or other similar claims.

Money Back / Refund

1. We do not provide money back / refund under any circumstances. Since our product is a digital downloadable product, which we do not have limitations/restrictions on it, by the time a customer buys / downloads our product there can not be any refund from our part.

Data Collection

1. Elecreator.com website (not including subdomains) does not have a registration process. The only data we collect is your email only when you intentionally subscribe on our newsletter. We do not share your data. As far as the newsletter, we give you the choice to unsubscribe if you changed your mind.
